Description of Service

SoundScape is a free web-based ambient audio application that provides:

• White noise, brown noise, and pink noise generators
• Nature sound playback (rain, ocean waves)
• Sound mixing and layering capabilities
• Local storage of favorites and history

All audio is generated locally in your browser using the Web Audio API.

Use of Service

You agree to use SoundScape only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the service.

SoundScape is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Hearing Safety

Important: Prolonged exposure to loud sounds can damage your hearing. Please:

• Never use headphones at high volume for extended periods
• If you experience ringing, pain, or hearing loss, stop immediately and consult a doctor

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoundScape and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
